The Shannon Estuary commences in Limerick City, The Estuary is surrounded by County Kerry. County Limerick and County Clare in the Republic of Ireland. It meets the Atlantic Ocean at Loop Head in County Clare and Kerry Head in County Kerry. It is a region of exceptional scenery which has been under utilized.
